Front squats, split squats, RDLs and lunges — the engine behind every sled and carry.

Hybrid Race Training Day

The centerpiece: run intervals stacked with ski, row, sled, wall balls and burpee broad jumps.

Upper Body Pull + Zone 2 Run

Back and arm volume paired with an easy aerobic run that grows week over week.

Full Body Lift + Cardio AMRAP

A full-body circuit finished with a compromised-running AMRAP under fatigue.

Structured intervals — from 400s to 1200s — to sharpen your pace for race day.

    Build a strong engine and consistency, and learn the race-style movements.

    Heavier strength and longer intervals raise the pace you can hold under fatigue.

Do I need to be signed up for a race?

No. The program is built around HYROX-style racing, but it works just as well if you simply want to train like a hybrid athlete and get stronger, faster, and better conditioned.

What equipment do I need?

A typical gym setup: dumbbells, a pull-up bar, resistance bands, and a wall ball, plus access to a ski erg, rower, sled, and somewhere to run. Movements can be swapped in-app if you are missing a piece.

How do I access the program after I buy?

Right after checkout you'll get an email with a one-tap sign-in link. From there, download the iOS app or train right in your browser — your account, race, and history follow you across both.

Is it a subscription?
