Refund Policy

The 12-Week Hybrid Race Prep program is a digital product — the complete 12-week plan is delivered to you right after purchase, both in the app and as a downloadable PDF. Because of the nature of digital products, which can't be returned once they've been delivered and accessed, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

Special circumstances

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right — you were charged in error, you can't access the program, or you ran into another problem — please email hello@trainwithjens.com and we'll work with you to find a solution.

Apple App Store purchases

Purchases made through the Apple App Store are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund process. To request a refund for an in-app purchase, contact Apple directly through your account.
